The ASK DX series features a newly engineered two-stage airend designed to deliver up to 9% higher airflow capacity with exceptional efficiency and long-term reliability. Durable protective coatings on the airend housing and rotors, combined with stainless steel second-stage rotors, enhance compressor lifespan and performance even in demanding industrial environments. A dedicated air intake system supplies cooler air to the airend, further improving efficiency and operational stability.
Variable speed models are equipped with ultra-premium IE5 hybrid reluctance motors (HRM) that provide outstanding energy efficiency across all load conditions. These IP55-rated motors offer reliable protection against dust and water ingress, low starting power consumption, and extended service life. Fixed speed models utilize high-efficiency IE4 continuous-duty motors with IP55 protection for dependable industrial performance.
